Erica O'Brien Cake Design creates client-driven, one-of-a-kind designs that taste as decadent as they look. Our commitment to exceptional taste and quality, organic ingredients, and real butter make a distinct difference. Our clients tell us our cake is the best they've ever tasted. Erica O'Brien combines her lifelong love of baking with her design savvy in every cake she creates. Erica hails from New York City where she trained at the Institute for Culinary Education.
Our focus at this time is on wedding cakes, although we are happy to create a cake for any happy occasion. We also sell our cupcakes and other baked goods at our shop, located at 1242 Whitney Avenue in Hamden.
